  • Can it be chilled in the refrigerator before use?

    Yes.
    Storing ByeBye-FEVER® in the refrigerator can enhance the cooling sensation.
    Do not store it in the freezer.

  • Can the cooling patch be cut before use?

    Yes.
    The cooling patch may be cut to fit the desired application area.
    Please note that the adhesive surface may be exposed along the cut edge, which could cause stickiness. Use care when applying.
    It may also be used together with a bandage if needed.

  • Is it okay to bathe while wearing the cooling patch?

    Yes.
    However, bathing may reduce the cooling patch's adhesive strength and cooling effect.
    For best results, we recommend removing the cooling patch before bathing.
